Mr Shaoxian Li received his PhD degree in optical engineering  the School of Precision Instrument and Opto-Electronics Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2020. He then joined the School of Electronics and Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University as a lecturer. His research interests include electromagnetic metamaterials design, deep learning and terahertz spectroscopy.
